Students, when you complete your Flight Training at PEA or if would like to request a copy of your student Training Records,. please complete the Training Records Request from below*.

*Please note that Flight Training Record Requests may take 2-3 business days to process, plan accordingly. You will be notified when your records are processed and ready to be picked up.

ETA Pilot Log (includes a notarized copy of your ETA Pilog Log of your Flight Hours)

Flight Hours Summary (a letter from the Flight Department with a summary of your total Flight Hours in ETA).
