Here are some helpful tutorials for all mentors at PEA. This page is being updated and is a work-in-progress. More information will be able in the coming days.
The benefits include advanced and accelerated training for all students, opportunities for new CFI applicants to improve their teaching skills and comfort for instructors in knowing that their students will be exposed to new and improved study sessions.
The PEA Mentorship Program has been developed as a greatly improved version of the old tutoring program. All students regardless of their level of training will be encouraged to participate in the Mentorship Program.
Any topic can be covered in this program including topics that are yet to be covered by an instructor. The overall idea behind the Mentorship Program is for students to further their training by completing Mentorship.
Eventually this is the end goal of the Mentorship Program, to increase and expedite the level of training for all students without sacrificing quality. These sessions will be known as ‘preview sessions’. Information will be discussed with a mentor in preparation for an upcoming activity with the student’s instructor.
