When students miss any day(s) of a 141 groundschool, they need to “make-up” for those lessons by doing ground lessons/oral activities with their instructor.
If you’ve previously completed the make-up lesson(s) for this student for this GS, please DO NOT duplicate. Instead, bring it to our attention so we can figure out the error.
Reminder: Students need the groundschool graduation certificate to take their FAA Written Test, and hence it is important that these make-up lessons be done ASAP.
For you to schedule a groundschool makeup lesson, please follow these instructions:
- In the current flight course, request a REPEAT Oral Unit > Choose “GS MAKEUP LESSON” as the reason from the drop-down
- Once approved by FT, complete each ORAL for a total of 2.0 hours. If there’s two required make-up lessons, then schedule each one separately and complete each one separately for 2.0 hours.
- Fill out and submit the form below.
- After you’ve filled out the form, ask your student(s) to wait 2 business days before they’re able to pick-up their Graduation Certificates.
