The decision of evacuating the aircraft fleet will be reached by the PEA Evacuation Management Team (EVMT). This Decision will be based upon forecasted track and strength of the weather phenomenon when the decision is made to evacuate; a pre-planned volunteer Instructor Pilot list will be used to contact each pilot individually that volunteered for the prompt and safe evacuation of aircraft.
