You must see Bethany and Michelle (Student Services) to receive your approval. If approved, your I-20 must be signed, leave of absence must be filled out and your ETA account is placed on hold. U.S. Students: See Bethany and Michelle to be put on hold. After your vacation/hold request is submitted, both the Flight Training Dept. and Immigration Dept. will process the request and approval is only granted after it is processed by both the departments, the latter granting the final approval. Students will be scheduled for the next activity on the enrolled course within 48 hours of the aforementioned return date. Students are to plan ahead and prepare as such. Please keep in mind that it is the student’s responsibility to make sure their account and funds are in good standing to avoid issues on getting their requests processed.
